Humdinger Herbal Infusions serving fresh squeezed lemonade and a fresh local berry infusion as well as a fresh or dried local organic herbal iced teas
Acadiana Soy Products serving prepared vegan and vegetarian food with local tofu and produce, tofu veggie kabobs, veggie burgers, tofu sandwiches, salads, tofu fruit smoothies, muffins, brownies, and tofu smoked sushi
Inglis Farm serving produce, berries, and corn on the cob
Gourmet Egg Plant serving bakery items and preserves
German Bakery serving breads, pastries, and cookies
Sissiboo Coffee Roaster serving organic free trade coffee roasted locally, by the cup or bag
Country Nook Café serving hamburgers, fish cakes, lobster rolls, and scallop shish-kebob
Bruce Family Farm serving certified organic hamburgers, rhubarb nectar, organic apple cider
