Flu Vaccine Clinic for patients of Dr Eric Balser, Dr Jane Brooks and Dr Michele Saxon. Also for those in the area who do not have a family doctor.
Location: Middleton Baptist Church, Family Life Centre, across from the Fire Hall. Parking is available on School Street across from the museum.
There will also be a clinic in Bridgetown on Monday Oct 31 fr 10am to 12noon and 1pm to 4pm.
No appointment is necessary for these clinics but you must bring your health card. We would also like you to inform us at registration if you are pregnant.
A clinic will also be held on Monday Nov 7 from 5pm-8pm for Military Dependents, at the Greenwood/Kingston Family Health Centre, Building 83 AVM Morfee Centre on School Road in Greenwood. This clinic is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 765-6340 Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays to book.
