The Role Feminism Can Play in the Face of a Right Wing Government

Judy Rebick is a well-known social justice activist, writer, educator and speaker. She is the founding publisher of rabble.ca, Canada’s most popular independent online news source, where she continues to blog and podcast on the site. She is perhaps best known to Canadians as a former president of the National Action Committee on the status of Women, Canada’s largest women’s group. During the 1990s, Judy was the host of two national TV shows on CBC Newsworld. She is a frequent commentator on CBC radio and television, including being a regular on the media panel for Q with Jian Ghomeshi.
