The Acadia Performing Arts Series presents Symphony Nova Scotia with Kuerti and Kuerti at Convocation Hall in Wolfville on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 7:30 pm, featuring Anton Kuerti, piano and Julian Kuerti, conductor.
Father-and-son team Anton and Julian Kuerti join Symphony Nova Scotia for not just a rare joint performance – but their first-ever joint performance of Beethoven’s thoughtful and poetic Piano Concerto no. 4.
Plus, Julian conducts music by three more of Germany’s most beloved composers, with arrangements by Ravel and Berio. On the program:
