Exercise is important throughout our lives. Finding various forms of exercise that you like helps you to continue with an exercise regime. Start 2012 with a Try It Series to find what exercises you might like with the opportunity of exploring gentle yoga, ZumbaGold and aerobic training. With a new year you have the opportunity to explore new options. This program will aim to set individual exercise goals, exercise in a social atmosphere and learning yoga asanas (poses) that tone and flex a maturing body and experience gentle aerobics as a fun and beneficial practice to help you age gracefully. This program will help increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and balance.
This 3 week TRY IT SERIES starts Friday, February 17th. Who these sessions will appeal to: Individuals with mature bodies and looking for an exercise regime that can last a lifetime.
