An international fundraiser race to see who can shear a sheep, spin the wool and knit a sweater in the quickest time possible! Come and cheer on your local team, Sheep Thrills (6th in the world!), as they try to best their time of 9.5 hours from last year. Raffle tickets will be sold on various goodies from local businesses including a night and dinner for two at the Old O, as well as other wonderful and wooly prizes. All proceeds will go to "Carey Me" palliative care at the Valley Hospital. Shearing demos will take place all day by master shearer Sarah Nettleton with lots of other things to see and do too! Come help us support a great cause. Not a day to be missed! All welcome
