Four Canadian authors of Young Adult books will talk about their work, why they write for YA, and answer some really fun questions from the moderator & audience. Featured authors are Carrie Mac, author of "The Beckoners", and more; Christy Ann Conlin, whose first YA novelette,"Dead Time", was published just last year; Mark Oakley, author of the graphic novel series "Thieves and Kings" , and via Skype, Arthur Slade, author of the "Hunchback Assignments" and other great books. This talk is presented by the Annapolis Valley Regional Library as part of the APLA conference and is made possible in part by the Canada Council for the Arts.
