Have you ever heard the call of a red-eyed vireo or held a redback salamander in your hand? Are you interested in learning about the orchids, trees, ferns and shrubs found in the Acadian Forest? Join forest technician and naturalist Ian Manning for an informative and entertaining walk through the forest at Valleyview Provincial Park. Nature enthusiasts of all ages and abilities are welcome. Come out and learn, share or both. Meet at the Park Office at 10:00, we'll make our way to the trail from there. Please bring comfortable walking shoes, water, insect-repellent, and clothing suitable for the weather conditions. This is an all-weather event, please wear suitable clothing.
