The VWBN executive asked ourselves that question a few months ago. With the help of the talented Jennifer Weisner of Kings Regional Development Agency, we created a detailed strategic plan to broaden our appeal and serve our members better.
Tonight we’ll share the highlights of the VWBN strategic plan and how it ties in with the feedback you gave us during the September networking meeting at the Wolfville Farmers’ Market.
Jennifer Weisner will also make a short presentation on strategic planning and how it can help your business.
