The third Fundy Folk Night This showcase of local talent will include Fundy Folk alumnus Nat Fulton with help from Julia Tait on a variety of instruments both common and obscure. "We'll also try to play the same tune at the same time, as seems to be tradition on the Evergreen stage!"

Darrin and Monica Beaton will team up with Carl "The Legend" Vroom in their traditional acoustic string ensemble with an emphasis on Southern Appalachian music. Darrin is the winner of the 2011 East Coast Bluegrass Association Guitar Player of the Year award, and he and Carl both play in local rock bands.

After more than 20 years of touring and releasing records Jamie Junger came full circle back to Nova Scotia where he and his wife started to make a home. Jamie continues to play, write and release CDs, including his latest, Fishin" For Pickles, an ECMA nominated kids Album co-written with his daughter Sadie. We hope to hear a few of those numbers at the show, if it isn't past Sadie's bedtime!

Master of Ceremonies for the evening will be Andy Gillis, a former Margaretsville resident now living in San Francisco. Andy was a regular M.C. at the old Fundy Folk Nights at the Fire Hall, and he has promuised to regale us with a few of his classic, as well as some new stories.
