Watercolor Painting Workshop With Cathy Poole
The Evangeline Artists' Cooperative offers an exciting opportunity to have a hands-on workshop with Cathy Poole .
Cathy is an experienced art teaching and a member Evangeline Artists’ Cooperative. She will demonstrate a method of drawing flowers, leaves and a hummingbird. You will learn how to mount watercolor paper on to stretcher boards which results in the elimination of glass mat or frame. Participants will have an opportunity to use this process in a painting they will do at the workshop. Cost includes some materials for mounting paper onto stretcher board. You will be insured of learning new techniques at this workshop.
Required Materials:
Participants are asked to bring their own paints and brushes. Stretcher boards will be provided. Please bring a lunch; coffee & tea will be provided.
