Perfect Pollinator on Paper!
(A botanic workshop with paper and echoes in the open-air)
Ross Creek's artist in residence Ilaria Facchin is a master at interpreting nature through art, including the language of flowers, symbolic curiosities and natural anecdotes collected through close observation and exploration of the world around us.
In this full day workshop, with lunch included, participants will explore the gardens with Ilaria, gathering materials and inspiration, explore the natural world through guided drawing, poetry, and ephemeral creations from found natural materials.
Ilaria is from the region outside of Venice, Italy. She studied art and art history and has participated in international shows of her fragile, beautiful artworks. Her residency at Ross Creek will culminate in a solo show, HORTUS SICCUS, opening on Canada Day and running through the summer.

Pricing & Tickets
Pricing: $45.00 plus HST, includes light lunch with the artist.
