MS Excel 2007 Workshop

The MS Excel III class is directed at advanced users seeking to use the program in a professional capacity. The class explores Excel's ability to further analyze and interpret data. Plenty of hands-on exercises will give the student practical experience with the program. The class covers such material as data analysis with subtotals and pivot tables, cross analysis, and conditional analysis.

Students enrolled in this course can expect to learn:
•How to create subtotals
•How to create a pivot table
•How to modify the information in your pivot table
•How to chart a pivot table
•What the IF function does
•What the AND function does
•What the OR function does
•How to use Data Tables to determine monthly payments
•How to use Goal Seek to determine monthly payments
•How to use Lookup functions to determine performance levels
•How to separate a worksheet from a workbook
•How to password protect your spreadsheets
