"Pregnancy and Birth: Forget What to Expect, Know What to Do"
The Boston Women's Health Book Collective, the organization that for almost 40 years has provided indispensable information on women's health and sexuality, has published a new book titled Our Bodies, Ourselves: Pregnancy and Birth. The new book addresses the questions and needs of women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the "fourth trimester" of early motherhood.
Judy Norsigian, founding member of The Boston Women's Health Book Collective, will talk about the book, the early women's health movement, and discuss current controversies in maternity care.
All welcome.
