Learn how to prepare a traditional Tunisian couscous as well as a rose water dessert called Basbousa.

Synda is an expert Tunisian cook who is visiting Nova Scotia and giving birth to a baby boy here. This class is a fundraiser to help her cover the costs of her hospital fees for the birth as she does not have Canadian health coverage.

Cost: $75 (includes lunch and dessert)

Registration in advance is required as class size will be limited to 12 people, please reserve your spot by e-mailing aubergine@inorbit.com (pay at the door with cash or cheque)
