Celebrate Canada Day at Grand-Pré National Historic Site. Parks Canada invites you to take part in an acrylic painting workshop, for ages 8 and up, inspired by the wild Acadian horses of Sable Island National Park Reserve with artist François Gaudet. While on site, have some Canada Day cake, enjoy the reading of The Story of Evangeline by author Vina Palmeter, and listen to the Acadian musical performances by musician Brett Pierce.
