Join other Seniors from the Western Kings area to Munch on healthy snacks, Mingle with area community groups that provide healthy aging programs, Move with Tai chi instruction, hear the facts from a panel of professionals related to dementia, continuing care and long term care. Learn Seniors Safety tips and meet local providers of programs and services that will help with healthy aging. Send along a poster telling of the programs your community offers and we will print to share with participants. Registration: 1:15 - 2:00; displays 1:30 - 2:00; programs 2:00 - 4:00; door prizes 4:00 - 4:15.
