Set in 1962 Poland, Ida is the story of a young woman about to take her vows as a nun in the convent where she grew up as an orphan. Before that, though, she meets the aunt she never knew and the two women begin to discover each other and their past. Ultimately, Ida has to choose between her birth identity and the religion that saved her from the massacres of the Nazi occupation of Poland. Rated PG; 80
