Do you email sales prospects or notify people electronically about special offers, new products or upcoming sales? Do you send out an e-newsletter? If you're not doing these now, might one or both be in your business's future?
If your answer is "yes" or even "maybe," you need to know how to comply with Canada's new Anti-Spam Law. Although the law is wrapped in confusing language, it's not that hard to understand and comply with.
Come and hear:
• the law explained in plain language
• what kinds of emails are affected (and what kinds aren't)
• penalties for not complying
• practical how-to tips for ensuring you stay on the right side of the law.
