Productivity & Competitiveness for SME's through Lean Analytics Seminar
This is a MUST attend event for decision makers. The seminar will kick off with lunch and a keynote speaker followed by a series of lightning talks from Maritime companies who will provide examples of how they have used analytics to make better business decisions.
The purpose is to identify the value and importance of data collection and analysis to modern business and to discuss implementing organizational change based on the findings. The event will highlight the business metrics that matter, methods and tools for capturing, visualizing, and conducting basic analysis of the data.
