The Box of Delights is thrilled to present Charlotte Mendel, who will be reading from and signing copies of her newest book, 'A Hero'.
Set in the turbulent background of the Arab Spring, 'A Hero' questions the meaning of heroism through the perspectives of the different members of a family as they grapple with the potential chaos following the seemingly inevitable fall of the government. As much a family drama and philosophical study as a political commentary, 'A Hero' explores the complexity of human beings and poses ethical questions that pertain to every culture.
