Fiber Arts Day-camp with artist and educator Margaret Forsey.
Felting, dyeing, finger-knitting and more!

At this camp, children will experiment with crafting techniques using wool fleece and yarn. We will try wet felting, needle felting, dyeing wool (with kool-aid!), finger-knitting, and pom-pom making. There will also be a spinning demonstration, a tour of the Acadia Art Gallery summer exhibit on illustration in children’s picturebooks, and plenty of time for free play and games outside.

Ages 7-12
9am - 4 pm the week of July 27 - July 31
