Mary's Islanders Dance Troupe has been in existence for almost 40 years. In that time they have traveled all over the maritime provinces, ottawa and Toronto, where they danced at the CN tower and Ontario place. They have been to Disney world twice, cuba, and Naples Italy to represent Canada in the Nato Bazaar. Next summer they have yet again been invited to dance in the "World of Dance Tour" in Disney Orlando Florida and Hollywood Studios.
They have also won countless awards at the competitions just this past spring, with their completion group Valley Vibrations.
Based out of The Greenwood Mall this dance school offers: Clogging, Maritime Step, Highland, Irish soft shoe and hard shoe river dancing, Acadian Step, Scottish Country, Line Dancing, Musical Theater, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical and Hip-Hop.
