Chef Michael's first cook book, ATLANTIC SEAFOOD, published by Nimbus Publishing, is set to be released. Chef Michael will be signing copies of his book which features over 50 recipes, ranging from classic easy favorites to some Tempest originals, all with an ear to purchasing sustainable seafood. Stunning photographs from Shooterbug bring the recipes to life. A reception will follow at Tempest Restaurant from 5:30-7pm.
