Plein Air Art Annapolis Valley group meets in Bear River for our final meeting of the season. A mutually-supportive critique is available for those interested around 12:30pm. Open to artists and art lovers of all levels.
Meet at the Sissiboo Coffee Roaster and Café [http://sissiboocoffee.com/br-cafe/]. This is our final planned paint-out event for the season and the height of fall colours in the Annapolis Valley. [Map https://goo.gl/maps/Q6DmyFgncsG2]
Let's have a wonderful end-of-season get together. We still encourage members of this group to continue to post their art for sharing and group critique in the "off-season" so we can each progress in our personal art journeys. Thanks everyone for making our inaugural season a GREAT one and let's plan for an even better 2017 painting season.
Note from local artist Flora Doehler [http://floradoehler.ca/] ..
"The Bear River Sissiboo Cafe will be open ... I'd suggest that people park behind the Legion at the waterfront, or on the main street, because that's where the water views are and people won't have to drag their equipment down hills. I'm thinking people might want to paint the river? The other parking option is at the firehall. There is LOADS of parking and it has a bit of a lawn and the best view of the back of the stilts buildings".
