The church steeple is the STAR of Port William, but this STAR is now 150 years old and facing some major structural challenges. The congregation has been informed that because of the ravages of time, the pillars holding the bell and the steeple tower need reconstruction. The estimated costs are between $100,000 & $115,000.
Whether a spiritual presence or an architectural one, this building is the heart of the Village. So, the Port Williams United Baptist Church is fundraising with the SING NOEL SONGFEST. Hosted by KRock's Darrin Harvey, it will be a festive evening full of music and featuring surprise guests.
