From Heart to Action: workshop
Feeling overwhelmed by recent global events?
Let’s come together as a community to share, learn and transcend.
We often see our emotions as “negative” or “positive”. Actually, all emotions give us energy and insight that we can tap into. This workshop will be experiential, interactive and engaging.
Join us as we explore ways we can use our full range of emotions to energize the act of transformation that will help us create what Charles Eisenstein calls “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible”.
The workshop will be co-facilitated by Heidi Kalyani and Bruce Dienes, and will be grounded in both contemplative/mindful practices as well as tools for structured listening/sharing.
