The state of our economy, what we need to improve, and how and when we’ll do it are key messages that will be presented. This event will bring together business owners and others who are passionate about growing the Annapolis Valley economy.
Guest speakers include Ray Ivany, President and Vice-Chancellor of Acadia University, Jeff MacLean, President, Michelin North America (Canada) and Christina Doll, Workforce Development Officer, City of Prince George, BC.
Not just another “talk and walk away” event, the Summit will be a productive day for attendees. In addition to speaker presentations, action items will be prioritized and given timelines and accountability.
The Summit is presented by the Valley Business Leaders' Initiative (VBLI), a non-profit formed in 2016 by a group of local business leaders. Its mission is to help stimulate economic growth by attracting people to live, work and invest in the Annapolis Valley.
