Staying and Working in the Annapolis Valley
Wednesday May 9, 2018  6:30pm - 8:30pm (2 Hours)
Meeting / Club Workshop / Class Community

The Valley Women's Business Network is pleased to present a panel discussion on staying and working in our beautiful Annapolis Valley. The discussion will be hosted by Judy Rafuse, the Executive Director of the Annapolis Valley Chamber of Commerce. The panel will consist of the Annapolis Valley Chamber of Commerce Young Business Leaders including Cheryl Oxford (co-founder of Annapolis Valley Adventures), Margaret MacKay (realtor with MacKay Real Estate), Lauren Franey and Virginia Fynes (owners of the The Union Street) and the VWBN's own Elsie Morden (singer/songwriter and founder of No Time for That Anti-Bullying Society). Too often we hear of young talent leaving the Valley due to a 'lack of opportunities'. Opportunities are in the plenty, you might just need to get a little creative! The Young Business Leaders have been presenting at various venues to share their success stories and why you can live your dream life, here at home, in the beautiful Annapolis Valley!
