Facebook. YouTube. Twitter. LinkedIn. Blogs. These may be household words now, but organizations are still scrambling to answer a number of important questions. How can we use the social media to our advantage? What will it cost us? Do we need to be tech-experts to even think about using the social media? Is it all just a fad?
In 'The Social Media & You', we'll break through the clutter to help you answer these questions and so many more. You'll not only discover which tools are available to you, but you'll also examine real life examples of businesses that are getting the most of Web 2.0.

Joel Stoddart is a Business Counsellor and Facilitator with the Acadia Centre for Social and Business Entrepreneurship.
