A brief overview of the permaculture principles and slides showing how we have actualized them on our land. How we can inhabit this planet in a healing rather than damaging/ extractive pattern as we have been. Discussion of behavioral changes and some observations about current (and difficult) conditions we are facing and how we can creatively respond.

Presenter: Alex Denicola
I've been doing small scale mixed organic/ecological farming (my sole income) for 27 years on this rather difficult land and actively stepped up to permaculture (pc) in 2008, and began teaching it in 2011. We supply ourselves 99% of meat and milk, and all of our produce. My activities are mostly guided by the themes of regeneration and resilience building, which are both readily visible at our place. Pc is about how we can inhabit this lovely planet without damaging it...essentially what my activism is about.
