Join us for a day devoted to wellness! The Wellness Escape is a rejuvenating lifestyle event where you will experience a full day of movement and meditation classes, and holistic health workshops.
Come and celebrate wellness and mindfulness at The Wellness Escape. It’s a first-of-its-kind wellness festival in the Maritimes, where people come together to share their wellness aspirations and inspire each other.
Spend your day doing yoga, pilates, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, spin, aroma tasting, and mindset training. Learn how to find your inner peace, refresh and re-energize, and how to kick start a move towards greater health and well-being. Engage with experts to increase resilience and strengthen mind and body connection.
The lineup includes:
- Autumn Grant, Co-founder of Flo Meditation, a boutique mindfulness meditation studio in Halifax
- Hannah Kovacs, Founder of MOVE EAST, a boutique fitness studio in Halifax
- Meghan Martin, Founder of STATE OF—a platform for movement, mindfulness and manifesting
- Lori Moore, Culinary Nutrition Educator and Holistic Health Consultant, Lori Moore Holistic Health
- Nicola Parker, 500 Hr Certified Yoga Instructor and TAYS YTT Teacher of Teachers
- Brenden Butchart, Co-owner of Just Cycle
- Victoria Scully, Certified Yoga, Pilates and Meditation Teacher
- Alyssa White, Founder of LightWater
- Brittany Burke, Co-owner of Just Cycle
At the end of the day, join us for an elevated outdoor dining experience in a spectacular setting as you dine amongst the vines under the Nordic Kata Tipi tent. Indulge in a delicious 3-course meal prepared by the Avondale Sky Winery culinary team, paired perfectly with a wonderful lineup of Avondale Sky wines.
