Evangeline Artists' Coooperative offers an exciting opportunity to attend a hands-on workshop with William Rogers. Willliam Rogers was honoured as having one of the best paintings out of the 2010 crop of watercolor society exhibiton winners across United States and Canada. His paintings can be seen in the February 2011 edition of "Watercolor Artists". This workshop will include watercolour techniques and portrait study.
