Official receipts will be provided upon request for financial donations $20 and larger but all donations large or small will be greatly appreciated.
Lions around the world have a strong commitment to serve others and improve the quality of life for those in need. Each day, around the world, nearly 46,000 Lions clubs and 1.35 million members conduct and support local and large-scale projects to meet the needs of their communities. Lions are also concerned with protecting individuals living with diseases or disabilities, or those at risk whose lives can be in danger when faced with natural or other disasters.
Diabetes Canada has reported that 1 in 3 Canadians are living with Diabetes or Prediabetes.
More than three million Canadians have Diabetes.
Diabetes Canada partners with Canadians to END DIABETES through education and support services, resources for health-care professionals, advocacy to governments, schools and workplaces, and funding research to improve treatments and find a cure.
