Want to learn more about midwifery? Valley Families for Midwifery (VFM) is hosting an information session on midwifery and the current issues facing valley families. VFM is a group of Valley women and families who believe that all Nova Scotians deserve access to the high quality maternity care that can be provided by midwifery. Their efforts are focused on achieving publicly funded midwifery care for all Valley families through collaboration with the Province and the District, as well as through public education campaigns. A representative from the Annapolis District Health Authority will be in attendance.
