Please join us for Unspoken.
This is a joint concert presented by the Acadia University Wind Ensemble (directed by Mark Hopkins), the Acadia University Symphonic Band (directed by Tristan De Borba), and the Acadia University Youth Band (directed by Paul Hutten). This concert will feature a special joint performance of Katahj Copley’s Unspoken: a moving musical tribute in memory of George Floyd and all the countless victims of systematic racism.
Admission is by free will donation. Proceeds from the concert will be partly donated to the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia.
