Join Christopher Ward, graduate of Concordia University's Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema, as he introduces and presents a series of anti-war films fom four different countries from the years 1930-1962.
After each screening, there will be an opportunity for discussion.

Westfront 1918 / G.W. Pabst (1930, Weimar Republic, 96 min)
Banned by the Nazis and the director's first sound "talkie" film, a mercilessly realistic depiction of the nightmare which scarred a generation, in Germany and beyond. Digging into the trenches with four infantrymen stationed in France in the final months of World War I.
