This is a 2 day event, July 19 & 20th. Deep Roots Music Cooperative invites submissions for our Emerging Artists Program(3rd Annual) 2011. Young artists will have the chance to take a realistic look into what it takes to succeed in the industry. Many of the province's top industry professionals will present workshops on many of the unique areas of the music industry such as: marketing and promotion; getting played and getting paid on the radio; booking concerts, festivals, and other events; recording; applying for grants: free money from the government, and more!
