Under the guidance of professional artist Margaret Forsey, participants will experiment with various fiber arts techniques, including felting, sewing, and embroidery. They will spend time in the studio and exploring nature through visits to the Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens and other areas to draw inspiration for their fibre creations.

This camp will be facilitated by fibre artist Margaret Forsey. Forsey earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD) in Halifax in 2006. She specialized in Textiles, with a minor in Art History, and is now involved primarily with rug-hooking.
