Another Try It In Wolfville as part of our Wolfville Glows Holiday activities: Forest Bathing and Wellness Walk!

Join a Certified Forest Therapy Guide to experience Forest Bathing. Created in Japan in the 1980’s and called Shinrin-yoku (translated as showering or bathing the senses in the forest environment), forest bathing is intentional time in nature that can offer benefits to human health. From chemicals released from coniferous trees, to the sensory experiences of being immersed in nature’s sights, sounds, smells and textures, forest bathing can reduce stress and support improved overall wellbeing.
