Combined Yang style Tai Chi with Qigong classes happening weekly this winter at the Lions Hall (36 Elm).
Wednesdays 2:00-3:30pm at Lions Hall starting April 2nd and going 8 weeks: April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd [no class on 30th] + May 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th.
Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of the mind and the body. It cultivates the balance of harmony and health within yourself.
Qigong harnesses the breath, movement and intention to create a healthy balance in the body.

Pricing: $10 per class or $80 for the 8 weeks of lessons.
