Join Chef Michael Howell in his continuing series of farm popups- great meals right where the food is grown! This time we enjoy a Latin inspired luncheon celebrating the height of the tomato harvest.
Cal Mercier and his wife Debbie operate Lakewood Market Garden, a lovely 6 acre organic farm 10 minutes NW of Kentville in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. They sell exclusively to local restaurants, friends and neighbours.
Enjoy a hosted stroll though the farms, some fun food trivia and a cooking demonstration from chef Michael (How to make tamales from scratch!) before enjoying a tomato themed Latino luncheon right in the fields (in the barn in case of inclement weather)
