We're back with an early summer dinner that's going to blow your mind! The East Coast Chefs Collaborative presents: Tidal Bay Dinner.
Have you been looking for a reason to try as many of the wines from Tidal Bay, Nova Scotia's premiere appellation as possible? White wine is going to shine down on this summery meal featuring 7 elegant, locally-sourced courses paired with wines from Avondale Sky Winery, Luckett Vineyards, Benjamin Bridge, Blomidon Estate Winery, Planters Ridge, Gaspereau Vineyards and Grand Pre Wines and Restaurant Le Caveau. We have programmed as many wines as possible and along with our EC3 participating chefs who we've lured away from their busy restaurants–Dave Smart (Front and Central), Mark Gray (The Brooklyn Warehouse), Bryan Picard (The Bite House) and Andrew Aitken (Wild Caraway Restaurant and Café).
