Join us at Forest Lakes’ Welcome Lodge for a “Flow for All” yoga session with Halifax’s yogi, Keifer Wood.
The cost for attending is $5, which will be donated to the 2018 Turnaround Achievement Awards NS in support of students within the Annapolis Valley Regional School Board.
Wear comfortable active wear, bring a yoga mat and come enjoy a relaxing, tranquil yoga session by the fire.
Healthy snacks and water will be provided.
Please arrive at 11:30 am for set up.
