Join the circle to nourish your heart and soul, deepen your connection to yourself and others, learn practices that will help you cultivate more of what matters to you, and skillfully manage the difficult thoughts, feelings and memories that get in the way.
In this transformative five-week women’s circle, we will focus on cultivating worthiness, creating personal wellbeing maps, and building “the courage, compassion and connection” to know that we are enough! Together, in a creative and supportive environment, we will map out what we personally need to live wholehearted lives. There will be tools, resources, community, nourishment, and celebration.
The journey will be guided by Heidi Kalyani, a constant seeker of the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible, and a passionate workshop designer and facilitator with more than 25 years experience creating and holding space for hearts and souls to thrive.
We are looking for 12 women to join us on this nourishing, inspiring and empowering journey. Let’s come together to help Chrysalis House support women in our community! Are you in?
