We all live with mental health, and CMHA-Kings holds the understanding that we can improve our mental wellness. Presenter Lindsay Miller will discuss what constitutes mental health, what makes a workplace that will support everyone’s best mental health at work, and ways we can be more supportive of one another – for employees, co-workers and ourselves – when we struggle with our mental health.
Networking starts at 6:30pm with the formal meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Pricing: Members and first time guests attend the meeting free of charge. NSCC students are also free with a valid student ID. For returning guests, the fee is $10.
