This week’s ”Spooktacular Market” features vendors in costume ( shoppers can vote for Best Costume with a great prize for the winning vendor ). Treats for the kids, special treats if in costume.
At The Free Kids Craft Table they’ll be doing “Mini Pumpkin Painting” with Trina.
