The members of Cumann an Ghleanna will prepare and serve a scrumptious banquet and get everyone fueled up for the Céilí immediately following.

Roast Pork with apple sauce and or mustard sauce
Colcannon – a creamy mash of potatoes and kale
Cole Slaw
Dill and Honey Carrots
Irish Soda Bread
Pickles
Trifle and Apple Cake

After the Banquet we will transform St Luke’s Hall and get ready for the Céilí. Elizabeth MacDonald be calling and instructing the dancing and will be joined by local Irish Session musicians. You will certainly burn off the great food that you just ate.
