It takes a community to make a book! Join us at the market on August 12th, where the Wolfville Farmers' Market and The Box of Delights Bookshop will co-host an event celebrating the enduring presence of books and print culture. Book Arts at the Market brings together the broader community of print culture in order to showcase the art and craft of the book. Come and meet over thirty authors, artists, publishers, editors, binders, printers, booksellers, and many more, all working together to promote books, literacy, and readership. Even the Bookmobile will be with us. This celebration takes place during the regular Wednesday Community Market with its famous $10 Market Supper.
The Wolfville Farmers’ Market is a lively place where celebration is our weekly routine. Enter the doors often to feed your body, soul and community. Enjoy the harvest, the live music, the camaraderie, the sense of purpose and connectedness amongst neighbours, visitors, young and old and everything in between.
Our vision is to nourish and with over 70 chefs, farmers, artisans and makers of all kinds, we have lots to offer, including:
