The Annapolis Community Health Centre (ACHC) Auxiliary is sponsoring a Walk for Health as part of the Annapolis Natal Day activities in partnership with Nova Scotia Walks. Proceed from the walk will go toward the refurbishing the Family Room at the Annapolis Community Health Centre. There is no registration fee but we encourage you to fundraise and collect donations to support the Auxiliary. Donations can also be made through CanadaHelps.org
